Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez may not be back on the market just yet, but their $60 millio𝚗 Beverly Hills mansion might be, according to DailyMail.com. Recently, the couple has done little to dispel rumors that their marriage is in trouble. At a press event for her latest Netflix movie, J Lo, 54, notably avoided a direct question about divorce speculation.
New photographs of their lavish home’s interior, previously removed after the property’s sale to the couple last May, have surfaced on realtor websites. DailyMail.com confirmed that these photos were uploaded to Zillow.com on June 1 and June 5, despite the house still being listed as sold. The couple bought the home with cash after a two-year search for their dream home, which was seen as a fairytale ending to their long love story.
Now, fifty new images, including an exterior shot of the lit-up property, are visible across multiple real estate sites. A description of the Wallingford estate, which spans 6 acres, includes not only the main building but also an adjacent house offering 10,000 square feet of guest accommodation and a caretaker house. The estate features garages for 15 cars, parking for 80, an outdoor sports complex, and a 150-degree zero-edge pool, sparking speculation that the 17-bedroom, 43,000 square foot property might be quietly put back on the market. J Lo’s representative has not responded to Daily Mail’s request for comment.
This is the latest indication that things may not be well with the A-list couple who eloped to Las Vegas in July 2022 and celebrated their union in Georgia the following month. Last week, J Lo, 54, shocked fans by abruptly canceling the US leg of her “This is Me Now” tour due to disappointing sales, describing herself as “heartsick and devastated.”
She stated that the cancellation was necessary and promised to make it up to fans, explaining she needed time with her children, family, and close friends. Notably, her husband was not mentioned. Last month, J Lo was seen house hunting in Beverly Hills with her producing partner Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, but Affleck was absent. A source told Page Six that she was looking for an investment property.
Meanwhile, Affleck, 51, has been staying in a rental property in Brentwood and reportedly house-hunting solo. According to In Touch, the couple is in therapy, and Jennifer Garner, Affleck’s ex-wife, has been supportive of their marriage.
The couple has rarely been photographed together in the past two months, with a 50-day stretch of not being seen together. J Lo has attended significant events, including the premiere of her Netflix movie Atlas and the Met Gala, alone. A source told TMZ that Affleck missed the Met Gala due to filming commitments but attended Tom Brady’s roast the day before. While J Lo consistently wears her wedding ring, Affleck has been seen both with and without his.
