Ariana Grande donned the exact Versace outfit from Spring 2003 that Jennifer Garner wore in the movie “13 Going on 30.”
Call her Ari Rink, the superstar vocalist.
Channelling Jennifer Garner’s “13 Going on 30” persona, Ariana Grande starred in the first live edition of “The Voice” on Monday. She wore the same vibrant Versace dress that was featured in the film.
From Versace’s Spring 2003 collection, the mod mini made a big impression on screen during the movie’s well-known “Thrιller” dance sequence in 2004.
Even so, Grande styled her hair in a sleek, spiky bun similar to that of Garner, excluding the sparkly butterfly necklace.
The pop artist also rocked a pink lip and icy eyeshadow look that was probably achieved with items from her upcoming R.E.M. Beauty collection, which launches this Friday.
Jenna Rink served as an inspiration to Grande previously; in the music video for her song “Thank U, Next,” Grande dressed just like she did in the movie’s climactic finale and played out a number of early-aughts romance scenarios.
In addition, for those without access to Versace’s library, there’s an inexpensive way to look flirtatious, successful, and thirty like Rink: the $20 Amazon trick that went popular on TikTok just before Halloween.
