Ariana Grande, a longtime friend and collaborator of Victoria Monét, is among the many people cheering her on tonight at the 2024 Grammy Awards.

Record of the Year for “On My Mama” and Best New Artist are among Victoria’s seven Grammy Award nominations, not one, not two, but seven.

Victoria’s latest effort, Jaguar II, received a Grammy for Best R&B Album, it was announced before tonight’s actual award ceremony.

 Ariana congratulated Victoria earlier tonight on Instagram, reflecting on how they both brought their aspirations to reality.

Ariana posted on her Instagram stories, saying, “My friend, you deserve this one million times over.” “I am so deeply proud of and happy for you — there are no words.”

“You have worked so hard and given so much of yourself to this industry for so, so long while quietly being in your absolute own league.”

Ariana expressed how sentimental the occasion was, saying that she and Victoria had been discussing “tour bus sleepovers” and similar experiences ever since they first met.

For the former Nickelodeon star, Victoria has written and co-authored countless songs, including “7 Rings,” “Thank U, Next,” “Be Alright,” “Honeymoon Avenue,” and plenty others

While strolling the Grammy Awards red carpet, Victoria had the opportunity to read Ariana’s note to her. Her response was incredibly innocent!
