According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the 21-year-old singer-songwriter encountered the individual on her pool deck around 7:30 p.m. on February 20th.

This incident follows another concerning encounter earlier this month when Eilish received a restraining order against a man named Christopher A. Anderson. Anderson had shown up uninvited to her childhood home five times in recent weeks, including an incident where he allegedly jumped the fence and broke in, leading to a police response.

According to court filings, Anderson claimed to have a romantic interest in Eilish, even alleging that she had been watching him and writing songs about him, which Eilish vehemently denies.

These incidents have deeply affected Eilish, who previously expressed feeling unsafe in her home after her address was leaked online in 2019. She has admitted to having numerous irrational fears and prefers not to be alone due to concerns about stalkers.
