Billie shared that her distress stemmed from the fact that her body seemed to be evolving faster than her mind. “All I despised was my body,” she revealed. “I would have done anything to be in a different one.” Recalling her feelings of being short and overweight, Billie expressed a strong desire to conform to societal ideals, even as her body matured ahead of her mentаl readiness. “My body was moving more quickly than my mind,” she reflected.

Recognizing that patience played a crucial role in her journey towards healing, Billie emphasized the importance of being kind to oneself and allowing time to be part of the solution. “The only thing I can sаy to someone looking for advice on mentаl health is patience,” she advised. “Things get worse if you don’t wait it out.”
