On March 13, 2008, during its grand public debut, Gulfstream unveiled the G650 as the largest, fastest, and most luxurious private jet, a point that was underscored by the company’s executives and industry publications.
However, what truly caught the public’s attention was its extraordinary range: with an impressive 7,000 nautical miles, the G650 became the longest-range option available at the time. Then, on May 18, 2014, Gulfstream upped the ante once again by introducing the G650ER, a version that added an extra 500 nautical miles to the already impressive G650 range.
The cockpit of the Gulfstream G650ER is equipped with a state-of-the-art PlaneView II flight deck featuring Honeywell Primus Epic avionics.
Noteworthy features such as the Enhanced Vision System, which projects infrared images onto the pilot’s head-up display, and the Synthetic Vision-Primary Flight Display, creating a digital representation of the aircraft’s surroundings using terrain data, are included as standard features on the G650ER.
With expansive windows in both the cockpit and throughout the aircraft, the G650ER offers panoramic views and enhanced visibility. Additionally, pilots can embark on long-haul journeys in comfort, thanks to the ergonomically designed cushioned seats found on the G650ER.
