At a panel discussion for the film “Red Road,” star Jason Momoa injected some lightheartedness by photobombing his castmates in a playful and unexpected manner. The actor surprised his colleagues by goofily posing behind them as they posed on the carpet of the Langham Hotel in Pasadena.
With a grin on his face, Momoa flashed rocker fists and dropped his jaw, appearing to scream at the camera with his eyes shut. His spontaneous behavior elicited smiles and giggles from his castmates and peers in the background, lightening the mood before the serious panel discussion.
According to Sundance, “The Red Road” revolves around a sheriff struggling to maintain his family while simultaneously policing two clashing communities: the small town where he grew up and the neighboring Ramapo Mountains, home of the Ramapo Mountain Indians.
Following a tragic event and its subsequent cover-up involving the sheriff’s wife, an unlikely alliance is formed between the sheriff and a dangerous member of the tribe, setting the stage for a haunting series of events.
In his downtime, Momoa focuses on his family life, caring for his wife, “The Cosby Show” star Lisa Bonet, and their two children, daughter Lola, six, and son Nakoa-Wolf, five.
