Excited! Jason Momoa, the heartthrob Hollywood actor, indulges in some thrill-seeking fun in Queensland, Australia, while filming Aquaman.

Amidst his busy schedule on set, the 37-year-old action star was spotted on the Gold Coast purchasing a skateboard, adding some excitement to his downtime. Sporting a laid-back look with a long sleeve pink jumper, floral board shorts, and thongs, Momoa flashed the Shaka sign – a nod to Hawaiian surf culture – as he happily acquired his new board.

With his signature long hair cascading over his shoulders and red sunglasses completing the ensemble, Momoa exuded his characteristic charm. Known for his passion for surfing and rock climbing, the Games of Thrones actor embodies the lead role of Aquaman, also known as Arthur Curry, in the upcoming film.

Set to hit the screens next year, Aquaman features an ensemble cast including Nicole Kidman and Amber Heard. Despite his imposing stature at 6ft 4in and a muscular physique, Momoa’s stunt double, Kim Vardy, had to undergo additional training to match the star’s formidable presence on screen.

Reportedly, Vardy, standing at 6ft 3in and weighing around 100kg, needed to bulk up further to emulate Momoa’s impressive physique, boasting an additional 20 kilograms of muscle. In addition to physical transformation, Vardy also had to grow out his head and facial hair to capture the essence of Momoa’s iconic look.
