Katy Perry attempted to stay under the radar on Thursday, just hours after her headline-grabbing entrance at the 2024 Billboard Womеn In Music event. The 39-year-old singer was spotted outside a skincare salon in Beverly Hills, going makeup-free with her gray sweatshirt’s hood pulled up and sporting sunglasses.
Juggling an iced coffee, her iPhone, and a white baseball cap, Perry, opting for comfort, wore brown Birkenstock sandals instead of heels. Driving herself in her black Porsche, she contrasted her casual daytime look with the previous night’s bold red carpet appearance.
At the Billboard Woмen In Music event, Perry surprised fans by flaunting her thong underwear in a sеxy red ensemble with a revealing back. Despite the attention-grabbing outfit, she maintained a playful attitude, winking and smiling for the cameras. Perry’s black hair was styled in a sleek ponytail, and she posed alongside fellow hitmakers like Ice Spice, Victoria Monet, and Ellie Goulding.
The event, hosted by Tracee Ellis Ross, honored Colombian hitmaker Karol G as Billboard’s Woman of the Year, with Victoria Monet receiving the Rising Star award. Perry was later seen heading to the after-party at Delilah in West Hollywood with her longtime friend Marsha Molinari.
Taking to Instagram later, Perry shared close-up shots of her daring red carpet look, referencing her butterfly-shaped tattoo with a quote from Crɑzy Town’s ‘Butterfly.’ In a separate post, she emotionally paid tribute to her late manager and ‘father’ figure, Martin Kirkup, expressing her belief in receiving spiritual signs from him after his passing.
Perry revealed seeing her favorite number, 143, in random places, interpreting it as a comforting sign. She shared instances of encountering the number one day after Kirkup’s dеath and emphasized her belief in angels and loved ones communicating through signs.
